I have a situation where the F1 category was approved as unmarried over 21 years old son of us citizen, came here on 06/2009 but got married on May 2009 before his first entrance into USA. If he submit the I-130 petition for his wife, he will have a problem because he got married before he adjust his status eventhough his visa was approved. He got married after the interview, he got his envelope and passport from the embassy but 2weeks before come here he got married.
