Hi,
My lawyer filed my NIW petition but about 4.5 months later, we received a RFE saying that the petitioner didn't explain how the beneficiary's skills are of national interest and why the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certificate were required.
I have 3 questions;
1) do I have the right to see the petition letter my lawyer included in the application?
2) my lawyer has not been responding to my questions in a timely manner; can I go with another lawyer? Do I have to pay him the remaining of the agreed upon fees given that he hasn't been responding to my questions?
3) Is this a common RFE? is the petition likely to be approved after providing more documents?
Thank you in advance.
