Wanting to bring mother niece and nephew to America from Peru.

I want to bring my mother from Peru, and also my niece and nephew. She has had custody of them both for 8 years. They are 9 and 13. I know that bringing my mom is quick, but since I want to bring all three of them I wanted to know what I can do.

Extra Info: I've been a citizen of the U.S.A for three years.
