Dear Gurus,
I am planning to apply for extension of stay for my mother.
I have accumulated documents like
1. I-94.
2. Utilities and Electricity bills of the apartment she owns in Mumbai.
3. My salary slips (three months).
4. Employment letter (Date of employment and salary).
5. Affidavit of support I-134 (understand that notarization no longer required).
6. My Bank statements.
7. Passport pages.
I am planning to do an online application (understand no need to physically mail the documents later on).
Queries.
1. Can you review the above and add anything thats required in addition to it.
2. When we traveled from India, we had a one way ticket. Hence I do not have the return ticket.
So; is it mandatory to have travel ticket?
