Hi All,
Need your advice. My parent's have 10 yr visa, they came here first time, their I-94 is expiring on 29th Sept, they are here past 6 months. I have applied their extension . I have got receipt notice. I checked the current processing dates, for xtension dates are April 07, I applied in August 07, so my application is 4 months behind. I do not know aht to do now . Should I wait for their reply or should I send my parents back ? I read somewhere that you can stay here on your receipt notice...Is that true ? I would appreciate your replies.
