I -539 extensions filed one year ago for my mother during Covid when she come on B1/B2 and now got her finger print notice for I 539.. but I filled for her I 485 /I 130 four months ago under IR5 category as pandemic situation. Should i cancel this pending I 539 extension. As right now I -485/I 130 is in waiting status . Also for parent, they do not consider illegal status. Please advise . thanks
