B2 Visa

My wife and I are recently retired and looking into extensive travel plans to the USA and the Bahamas.We are both UK citizens and have the B2 Visa on our UK passport. Due to the size of the USA-and the many islands of the Bahamas this life experience could be for up to 5 years health permitting. Am I correct in thinking that we could use our B2 Visa for entry into the USA for upto 6 months and then travelling to the Bahamas for up to 90 days and then returning to the USA using our B2 Visa. We would still have financial ties to the UK as we would keep our home here and intend to return back to the UK after our adventure. Financially we would be OK we just need the flexibility to keep entering and returning to both the USA and the Bahama instead of returning to the UK as our 2 dogs will be part of our travels. Any information would be greatly appreciated or contacts of individuals or organisations that could help.
