Hey Fam! I have a question for my friend.
They are doing asylum. They had first interview 3 years ago, for 3 years their case status was "interview was completed and must be reviewed"
Until yesterday. They received another interview notice for other interview? not court.
The question is have you ever heard of situations like this and what this can mean? like its all over again? or officer no longer there or they lost the case? what she has to expect?
Does she need to put additional new evidences for this case to make it stronger?
I got my status changed to “New Card Is Being Produced”
My timeline is below

i-485 Applied (nabraska)- July 2019
case transferred to texas - October 2018
Reuse my fingerprint on Date march 2021
today status changed On may 24 2021 to card Being Produced
Hi family, it's with tears in my eyes that I decided to write my experience. It can help somebody too. To be honest, I'm very thankful for all of you in these crews (I589 and I485). I have learned a lot from you. My story will be long but it'll worth it. Let's go...
I came ✈in the USA🗽 on B1 in 2015. Filed for I589 eleven months later through a lawyer. Got my first EAD 7 months later. In 2017, filled for the renewal of my EAD. Met my then USC girlfriend💑 the same year. We moved together In 2018. We got married in 2019💍, got our first son🤱 the same year👪. I applied for my EAD renewal. She filed for me in July 2019 without attorney. Got 1st RFE in November 2019, got RFE for medical in January 2020. Got interview for I130 and I485 in February 2020 just before the CORONA VIRUS😷 broke down in the US. Since then, I got a first NOID in APRIL we reply whitout attorney. Then got another NOID referring me to do an I 601. Since we did not wanna make a mistake, We hired an attorney to reply. From my attorney reply, they approved I 130👍 but NOID for I485, the attorney filed I 601 in August 2020. I Just applied for my 3rd EAD renewal based on I589 last month. I have never got an interview based on my I589 for the last 5 years since Trump administration changed the rule from FIFO to LIFO. From Yesterday, my status changed several times bouncing back and forth from case reopened for reconsideration of our decision we mailed you the decision, to card was produced. Today, it changed to I 601 APPROVED👍, I 485 APPROVED👍. Oufff! What a journey!. Never give up. I went through sleepless nights😥😥 to stress🤔🤔. Immigration cost a lot of money IMO. You need to be financially prepared. Don't be scared if you can't handle it, hired a lawyer. For those who already have their EAD, please, start using it ASAP and hustle to save🤑🤑🤑. Because you will need that money trust me and it will count towards your income when it comes to justify that you can financially support yourself. Believe me I'm not rich but I made good money from my EAD🤑🤑🤑😎. Since my wife gave birth, she stopped working to attend to the kids. So I'm the only provider right now. Holy mokas, this ain't a jokass. My tips to stop stressing yourself about your pending case is to keep yourself busy and make some good money🤑🤑🤑. There are ton of job out there💆♀️💇♂️👨💻👨🍳👨🌾 that pays good money🤑🤑🤑. No need to work to hard just for change. My fellow immigrants, Please use your EAD to look for a CERTIFICATION👨🔧👨🎤👨💻👩🌾👨🍳👨🎨👷♂️💇♂️, it brings you a plus in a job that not anybody can do it. You are authorized to work in any fields in the US, with just some few exceptions.
Please, while your case is pending, do your best to stay out of trouble. Just a small mistake can bring you down.
Avoid: DUI, DWI, BURGLARY, SHOPLIFTING, DRIVING WITHOUT LICENSE/INSURANCE, ASSAULT, COURT RESTRAINT, UNPAID CHILD SUPPORT, NOISE ORDINANCE VIOLATION (for those that like parties at home), disrespect to a police, etc... FYI, Because in case of any involvement in trouble and you get arrested, you will have to show that you are a person of a good caracter to the immigration and it take long. It could jeopardize your case.

Hello all, I have friend (she got the asylum last year) who is applying for green card I-485 with her family. Is she eligible to file I-912 form to waive the payments? If so, does she send I-912 and I-485 altogether? Thank you.
Good morning, I'm from Cuban, but I came to USA in November 2017, I was in immigration center detention for 37 days, and after that I got a paroled under Sec 212 (d)(5). When I was out of the detention center one month later, I received my firth citation for my immigration court, I have already gone to 3 immigration courts, and I have the last one the next year in august 2020. In December 2018 I applied for my green card under the Cuban adjustment law. I got my fingerprint, I went to my interview and they approved my green card, and finally I got it, my permanent resident card. But now I don't want to wait until my last immigration court, I want to close my case, but i need to know how to write a Motion of Termination. Thank you so much, and I hope you can help me, thanks. Regards
I'm currently in removal proceedings. I was arrested by local police in phoenix in december for DUI and transferred to ICE. In January 2019, I was given a $10,000 bond by an immigration judge and i'm currently out on bond now. The judge asked if I had any fear of returning to my home country and i said no, I designated my home country as my choice of deportation. Now i have a court case coming up in April, is it possible for me to change my pleadings and tell the judge I wish to apply for asylum based on fear of persecution of my religion?.
I Recently Got Married In October 2015. I filled for i-130, i-131 and i-485. I recently got a notice that my i-131 was denied. The reason being my Mother had filled for a Asylum case back in 2010 and i was included in that. So they denied me advance paroled.( I don't really care about traveling ) Now I'm Scared that this might effect my i-485. Since i filled these concurrently will the local immigration officer be able to approve my i-485 along with the I-130 at the interview or i would have to get my i-130 approved first ? Also is their anyway i can take my name out of the asylum case or put it on hold until my i-130 and i-485 are approved. PLEASE HELP !!!
