Hello members !
present situation of main , 1) valid US passport until 2021 with OCI VISA stamped (1st time , lifelong)
2) while I was getting the 1st time OCI card my age was 47 , present age is 51, Is it mandatory go for renew my OCI card .. even still have US passport valid 2021 with valid OCI visa U
I read CGI of NY , we need renew the OCI only @ time of renewing US passport , if you have valid US passport with stamped OCI type U .. no need worry even cross the 50 years ? please clear me here
CGI of NY article : (b) For an applicant who is 50 years of age or older, OCI documents must be re-issued "once after the issuance of a new passport"
