I lost my greencard (and all other credentials) , issued in 2010 in a house fire. Total loss.
I applied for replacement, paid, went to get my fingerprints and pictures taken, got my stamp and was told it will take about 2 months. That was July.
I HAVE NOT HEARD A THING SINCE THEN> I keep writing emails, but no response. I can not work or get a drivers liscenseand this sucks!
Now THIS form doesn't even let me put in my receipt number. The box/field where I should write it dos not write ANYTHING even though I am typing.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT TO EVEN KNOW THAT SOMEBODY IS EVEN GETTING ANYTHING ABOUT MY GREENCARD AT ALL???????????
