Hi-
I have valid I-140 with priority date in 2013.
I moved out of my old employer on 3/11/2019 and joined new employer based on receipt number.
my old petition was vaild until April-5-2019. My new employer transfer was started on FEB-2019 and now i got RFE.
My old employer extension was approved now ( valid until DEC-31-2019) .
If my new employer transfer denied , what is the procedure to join old employer ?
