It is a surprise for you that this form is not completely filled . That is the truth. OCI application form was sent to Washington DC office and was received by them on 11/24/2020. Indeed the fedex label is provided by vfs global. I have Fedex proof of delivery. No update till this date. Sent numerous emails but received autoreplies. Called customer service and talked to them 4 times (paid calls). No one is taking the responsibility of answering or updating the information. Applicant's US passport is with them. File reference # USAW0*******, Passport# *********;
