Hello all, I got my OCI in 35 days. It seemed like a delay after approval of the OCI. The Indian Government website where the OCI status is shown (i.e. http://passport.gov.in/oci/OnlineOCIenquiry.jsp) was showing Dispatched on 16-May and after that there was a silent lull. I had booked tickets for 27-May and was considering applying for visa. I read one of the OCI experiences that he had directly gone to the Indian Consulate though he had applied through Travisa and that expedited the process. I was lucky that when I went to the Consulate the first time (20-May) just to inquire - the person asked me my details and why I want it expedited. I showed them the doctors certificate for my mother. They checked it in their system and said that I should come back on Wednesday and I will get the documents. I returned on 22-May and got my OCI, Indian Passport and Renunciation Certificate. I didnt have to go to Travisa for the completion of the process. All the best to others.
