BLS International is absolutely useless, irresponsible, unethical and not trustworthy.

After countless of both unsucessful & successful emails and phone calls to BLS for at least 88 days hearing different things from BLS Reps, I complained to New York Consulate. I explained everything to them in details especially my unchanged status of "Document Received by local Consulate" for 42 days on Gov't of India website htps;//passport.gov.in/oci/statusEnquiry.
To my utter surprise, I got email from BLS within 4 hours to my Business email address which I had used for the complaint to Consulate saying "kindly send your Passport for OCI match-up". I mailed my passport next day and it reached BLS within 22 hours per Fedex Tracking and BLS updated my application status after 11 days "Processing at Consulate/Embassy for OCI Match-up" Now again the status remains unchanged and I don't know how it will take BLS to let me know that Passport & OCI are ready for pick up
