I got notified that the OCI cards have arrived for my family, but no notification for my third child, we received email notifications only for the four of us, I sent in the passports for the four of us based on their instructions.

11/27/13: I received the Passports with the 'U' sticker on all of our passports and also received the OCI cards for all of us (on 10/15) except my third child. There was a name correction earlier for my first child and I was able to correct it by letting them know via email and I verified it when I received the OCI cards.
But still waiting for notification on when I should send in the passport for my third child so he can get his OCI card and the 'U' sticker, the status still shows 'Processing at Consulate General' which is disappointing, I spoke to one of the agents at the SFO consulate and he says usually the SLA is 60 days and it has been over 60 days but he asked to wait... :(
