Update: I received my as well as my son's OCI cards with US passports on 4/21. Still waiting on my wife's application to be processed.
Update: 4/3 - received email to mail the US Passport for OCI matchup for me and my son. Still no word or update on my wife's application which continues to show Under Progress.
Strange thing is that that there is no update on the GOI site about OCI cards being received from India by the local consulate. The item continues to show blank.
