The application and approval process went well. Very satisfied with Consulate and MOIA's handling the entire process. The only disappointment was on the BLS handling. Their hand-off to and from consulate delayed the process by few days.
DO NOT USE BLS's pre-paid shipping service. It is a rip-off. At the beginning, I paid $28 for return, but BLS could not find my payment. They charged me again $28.00 (I had no other option other than flying to Houston to get my passport). In the end, they dispatch the documents via FEDEX Ground ($10.00).
