I have applied for OCI reissue for my son back in February with BLS. After nearly five months the documents finally got approved and mailed from India on 6/17. However they have not updated the status since then. It's been over two weeks since they were mailed. Trying to contact Chicago consulate without any luck. Any suggestions?
