I had no issues with CKGS New York. This is for initial issue of OCI card to a minor with both parents are Indian citizens on green cards. I was monitoring MOIA and CKGS tracking sites. After seeing OCI documents received at NY consulate date on MOIA site, I proactively sent an email to CKGS asking for OCI match up email. I got a call from CKGS New York followed by an email asking for OCI match up form, US passport, $15 Money Order for courier fee (I sent a return shipping label at the time of submitting application, still sent $15 MO so they can discard the shipping label that I sent and create their own to return documents). It is expensive ($45 just on shipping charges to FedEx for 3 shipments + $304 processing fee), but overall process is smooth that takes nearly 50 days to complete. U Visa is issued on the passport in addition to OCI card. I wish we can directly talk to CKGS onsite team in NY. Please let me know if you need any information on filling forms, attachments etc.
