Today finally I got the OCI after almost 100 days.
OCI printed 4/20/2015 and sent from New Delhi on 4/21/2015 - 5/12/2015 - SF Consulate has received the OCI from India
19 days after sent from India. On 5/14/2015 4 PM I just received email from CKGS asking to send passports (3 days after Consulate received the pkg from India). CKGS rcvd passports 5/20/2015. Passport in transit to SF consulate for match-up 5/27/2015 ( 4 working days after they received the passports). Today 6/3/2015 status changed that SF consular sent the passports/OCI to CKGS.
