Quick. Immigration officer asked us questions directly from the application. I was arrested for driving without a license about two years ago, (cases were dismissed) she said it wouldn't be a problem and that I should receive an answer in two to four weeks.

As of right now, I've been approved for the I130 and am currently waiting on the I485.
