I have PIO card and wanted to apply for the OCI card. I have filled the online form (Got a pdf out of it). Is it best to mail the document or would it be best to submit the form in person. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
The supporting documents asked for "proof of self being citizen of india after 1950..." - Is this necessary if you are providing a copy of the PIO card?
Any dos and donts would be appreciated.
