Submitted 2 applications, one for PIO to OCI and one OCI for both my kids.
Submitted passports for matchup on Aug 14, 2015, they said it takes about 3 weeks to come back.
Update : Passport submitted to CKGS on 8/14, it took them 1 week to pass it on to the embassy .... was not sent till 8/21.
I called CKGS once every week starting Sept 4th. First they told me it takes 3 weeks (8/14-9/4, then they told me 4 weeks i.e. 9/11). Then they told me it's in process, but it is taking bit longer. On 9/14 when I called, they told me wait few more days and call back.
I got the mailing out email on 9/15 and got the passports back on 9/16. Total of 68 days.
