Visa Bulletin

Hi guys,
I wanted to share my situation and see if anyone has had a similar experience.

Here's my timeline:

My wife filed the I-130 petition on my behalf on March 13, 2021.
The I-130 petition was approved on April 28, 2023.
My priority date is March 13, 2021, and I was informed that a visa would become available in May 2024.
My wife became a U.S. citizen, but I am still waiting for the visa to be ready.
I was informed that the delay was due to visa unavailability. Despite the visa bulletin now showing availability, my case continues to be under review.

Do you know how many days it takes for the green card to be issued after the visa bulletin shows availability? If anyone has had a similar experience, I'd really appreciate your insights. I'm really troubled and need my green card urgently.

My Last name Spelling is slight different from My Parents Last name Spellinh

My Parents Last name According to Aahar, PAN etc is Yellanki

My Last Name according passport, educational documents, and other is Yellenki.

Will there be any issues at the time of My parents Tourist Visa and also while applying Green card in Future

i had had my Diploma in Message laboratory Technology in 2016 with 70 percent
Afterthat i had been worked as a laboratory technician from 2016 to 2018 and i got salary by cash .
i haven't gave any Ielts or Toefl exam
but im looking for UG degree in US ..
can i get visa on that profile?
My english skills are quite good and im national speech competition winner so no doubt for confidence.

can i get visa
am i eligible?
