Just checked the visa status and it changed to Issued!! So, it was in administrative processing for about a day.

Congratulations. It appears that Toronto consulate is currently taking 2 weeks to start looking and 3 weeks to complete processing.

Any update for your H1B and H4 applications from Aug 30? It seems the consulate is taking more time because of labor day weekend
