Hi, I am Canadian PR residing in Canada. My previous H4 was stamped in Ottawa, expired in June 2020. Applied for H4 Dropbox to Toronto, application received on August 23, 2021. Administrative Processing on September 3, 2021. Status shows “issued” today (September 10, 2021). Waiting for my passport. Just sharing my experience to help others. Thank you.
