DACA TRAVELING WITH ADVANCE PAROLE
I wanted to share my experience with advance parole and hope this help you.

On March 11 I travel to Jamaica using AP, I have DACA for a few years now. My dad past away and I needed to travel. I didn't have a death certificate so I bring a copy of the autopsy as prove that he died and I also bring, a copy of my birth certificate, copy of my DACA approval notice, copy of passport, 2 copy of a passport picture taken at Walgreens copy of my work permit card, a week before my travel. I got approve the same day at a USCIS Field office. Bring copies of everything they will ask, I was well prepared.

If you're applying for an emergency AP you would of to go online to USCIS and make an INFO pass appointment.

Note: I did not have a lawyer, I did DACA, and AP myself. Do keep in mine that if you do have any kind of back ground you should talk to a lawyer before you applied.

I went to Jamaica on march 11, 2017 I fly through Miami INT Airport on a straight flight, I live in Tampa and it was my wife idea she thought it would be a long lay over if I fly out at Orlando INT.

3 Days Later on march 13, 2017 I went to the airport in Jamaica that's when I show my Advance Parole Paper for my return to the U.S.

I got on the flight no problem. When I got to Miami INT Airport I was so happy. This is a Huge airport with lots of walking. I got to the line with no waiting the CBP officer take my finger print, passport, and AP Papers, he ad a yellow or orange looking paper and tell me to follow him to a room.

There was a few other people waiting, so I waiting maybe 30 minutes are so then the CBP call my name I went up to the desk he ask how long I was out of the country for, I told "him 3 days I went to my dad funeral" he said to have a seat he will call me in a few minutes. about 3 minutes later he call me and give me my passport with my I-94 and that was it. on my way out of the airport a TSA officer ask to see my passport we had a nice conversation he told me that his best friend since high school have the same name as me, at first he was like you have DACA and I said yea.

NOTE: USCIS will give you 2 copies of ADVANCE PAROLE Paper unless you have multiple entrance the CBP officer wont give you a copy back, don't worry about that all you need to have is your I-94 in your passport. When you get home you can go on line and you should see it online. that's what I need and I say that I was in the system and date and time when I came back to the U.S

If you have any question feel free to ask..
