After 60 days of document submission, my employer sent email to HLProcessing and support asking for status(got standard template response back from support). After 10 days I sent email to HLProcessing and support, asking for status and describing my family situation (same standard response back from support but no reply HLProcessing).
Next day I got email from support to submit passport.
10 days after passport submission sent email to [email protected].
Next day Case Last updated date changed.
Next day status changed to Issued.
Passport delivered after 2 days.
