H1B stamping only, I was under an L1B visa and switched to an H1B which was already approved but had to stamp it to go back to the U.S. Interview on 21Nov23, and was asked to provide CV and DS-5535 form Submitted docs 21Nov23 (same day) Last update on the case showing as 28Nov23; still showing as Refused UPDATE: was asked to send back my passport on 24April24, status now shows up as APPROVED UPDATE 2: I have received my passport back with the visa stamp (30April24).

I'm and my family applying for Special immigrant visa (SIV) and we have interview at U.S EMBASSY OF BAGHDAD and we get paper ask for DS5535 form In next day I fill it and sent it by email to the embassy and we still waiting for complete Administrative process Last case update on 26 DEC 2023 Today is 27 DEC 2023 On 4 march the Embassy sent us email asking for medical examination and original passport

Case created Oct 30 interview date: Oct 31 case last update Oct 31 No update until Feb 28. Still waiting!

L1A visa interview on 31st Jan and Passport and all documents returned and issue 221g yellow slip with no additional documents required.

Calgary Visa stamping renewal with new employer. Yellow slip issued. no documents requested and approved on Feb 14 2024.

Previously I had L1-A visa which is expired, I have applied for H1B, I got drop box eligibility, I have submitted my passport at Hyderabad VAC on 14th November 2023, after that I got mail to collect passport with 221g white slip and mentioned to attend interview at Chennai consulate, I have attended interview on 18th December 2023, I have submitted my documents (I-797,I-129, Offer Letter, Client Letter, LCA, MSA, Purchase Oder), she asked few questions about job, company, client, project and pay. Till now there is not update on the CEAC, still it is showing at Refused and updated date is 18-DEC-2023. How many days it will take to update the status

Aug 3 - dropbox Aug 17 - pp collected with white slip. Asked to appear for interview with court docs Sept 11 - Interview. another white slip saying admin processing Case last updated on Sept 20, was hopeful for some news but nothing changed. What was that case updated date mean? Anyone else in same situation?

B1/B2 Visa interview on 13 Nov 2023 Passport retained by consular officer at the time of interview and issued a yellow slip with remark “admin processing” without requesting any document. Passport withdrawn after 3 weeks due to work related travel. As of today no change in result/decision but last update date changed 23 Jan 2024. Is there anyone update me that how long does it take them to make final decision with probability of success.
