Hey everyone,
I’ve been a silent reader for a while now, but now here I am now ready to voice my frustration.
I got married to a USC in Nov 2017. We have a now 13mths old daughter and our marriage is 100% ligit... On Feb 24, 2018 we filed concurrently:
Forms I-130, I-130A, I-864, I-485, I-765, I-131 we sent in I-763. The package was sent via fed ex to the Chicago lockbox at 131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor, Chicago, IL 60603-5517 and was received and signed for on feb 27, 2018 at 10:28am.
To this day, I haven’t received any notice at all. I even called USCIS customer service 3 times and they’re not seeing my information in the system. I am sooooo frustrated right now and here I am thinking something must be wrong because I read where persons have received their notices within a week. I’m from Maryland so I assume my field office will be in Baltimore.
Has anyone share the same or similar experience as I do??? What else should I do???
