Family based I-485 BUT Employment-Based Interview Was Scheduled
Hi All,
I received an update today stating "Employment-Based Interview Was Scheduled" BUT my AOS file is based on Family Category. My spouse and I were interviewed already back in December and I have been waiting for my approval letter since then but I received another interview notice and THAT TOO an Employment-Based Interview ?? Weird !!
Has anyone else received such Case Status update today/ recently? If so, any advise from your attorneys or have you called USCIS to find out about this? I noticed couple of other people on this forum had similar comments.
