OCI processing by CKGS Fraud
We applied the OCI, there was a typo so CKGS customer service advise to cancel application and due to system restriction they cannot update, we lost unnecessary charged convenience fee.
Later we applied again and government form that was having some typo/mistake so they returned the application and again we lost huge money for shipping, convenience and processing fee.
CKGS made unnecessary OCI process so tedious and outdated system that u will make some mistake then they will be charged.
Looks like Government of external affairs minster not aware what inconvenience we are having because of third party CKGS. Mr Modi and Madam Swaraj need to see the issue face by Indian citizen at US and CKGS system has lot issue. You can not update anything, its kept intonational such that money can be extracted from citizen staying at USA.
