I Just want to thank CKGS, and others who helped us along the way.
Also wanted to add the info below and encourage others.
Though my Spouses OCI took longer and had a bumps on the road, we got his OCI in 32 days after it showed up as processing on the government website.
The process overall was smooth, once we got the Apostille issue sorted[Which took three weeks].
Apostille is easy, for Texas we downloaded the form#2102 from the website " office of the secretary of state", Costed us $15 plus mailing
Filled it, put our credit card number and send the Birth certificate and used regular mail.
For return we used tracking mail, we send a preaddressed envelope with our package with the tracking, and send it all together.
You really don't need to use the expensive services out there, that cost over $100 or so, you can do it your self.
My OCI was a breeze, and got it in 17 days.
