H1B, H4 Visa

My interview was schedule at 10 AM 30th March, I reach there by 9 AM, it took 1 and half hr to go through long Q, and Security check.

ME: GM, Sir,
VO: No reply

VO: Your passport please
ME: forwarded my passport

VO: Your petition Please
Me : forwarded

VO: Where are you going?
Me: ZZZ

VO: your client?
Me: ZZZ

VO : who is your employeer?
Me: ZZZ

VO: what is your Salary in US?
Me: ZZZ

Vo: Who is your Manager?
Me: told

Vo: is he from client or your employeer
Mel from my employeer

VO: client location?
Me: Told

(Vo started writing smthing in his computer, after 2 min)

VO: Due to your last name, we need to send your application for some additional Admin processing, it may take few weeks to few months.

given me the yellow slips with a URL I need to check for status

VO: please take your passport and keep watch on this URL

VO: have you gone through this white paper? this is your rights when you work in US.

VO: thank you for your time sir, have a nice day

One thing I was not sure is I have all my certificates from 1996 till date then why he want to send my application for Admin processing. any ways officer was good, he was decent and soft spoken. I really thank him for that. since last year my L1B for rejected and officer was very rude.

Guyz be cool, answer should match with your petition else VO will reject your visa or will ask for more documents.
