I applied as usual through CKGS with date of acknowledgement August 6. After 59 working days, I contacted CKGS and they suggested that I contact the Consulate in San Francisco. I have called there and left messages every day. They do not answer the telephone. I am directed to an answering machine. CKGS help line answers every time with "Contact the Consulate". I am at a loss on how to proceed in this matter. Can any reader suggest how?
