During I 485 interview I 130 form was not availabel to officer
My PD is 06/30/2017 for F2A category and my I 130 was not approved but as per process it supposed to approve during I 485 interview So i went for interview on 08/13/2019 at Newark and officer told me that she is not able to find any details regarding I 130 in her system. I asked her to provide submitted details but she told me that she needs to discuss with supervisor. After discussion with supervisor she has just completed I 485 interview and she told me that you will have to come again for interview once we receive I 130 and they will send letter for interview. She also agree that this is not from my end but it is issue from them. I am not sure if anyone has such issue. I have currently raise service request fro I 130 pending case. My current I 485 status is - interview completed but my case must be review. I do not know how long wait time for this and how can I track all there. Please let me know if anyone has similar issue.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published the final version of its new “public charge” regulation on Monday morning.

The rule would make it easier for the government to deny a green card or visa to immigrants it believes are likely to receive certain public benefits in the future. This would make it significantly harder for immigrants who aren’t already successful to come to the United States.
