Interview Scheduled and then Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
Hi friends.

Today, I received my official notice letter from the USCIS with the interview date for my Employment based Green Card. In the evening I also received a notification in the USCIS app that my status changed to "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" from "Interview is Scheduled".

How does this happen? has this happened to anyone else? What should I do now, I am so confused?

My interview date on the letter is scheduled for the 15th of March, 2019.

Would appreciate help and advice in this matter.

Miami Filers on line updates
To all Miami Filers , has anyone been getting their on line case tracker updated on a relatively timely basis . I keep hearing many others getting their updates on line including Oakland Park .. but I hardly read anyone getting updates from the Miami office . Is it just me or is the Miami office lagging behind what seems like all other offices in the country !

Wrong date of birth on green card
Hello

I need your advice who has gone through similar/same experience. I recently got my green card and noticed that the date of birth was wrong. I knew the lawyer made a mistake on i-485 form when we filed it, but I went to an infopass to correct them after I noticed the mistake. At the infopass, they confirmed that the birthday is corrected. And yet, I still have wrong date of birth on my green card.

Do you guys have any advice or solution to it?

I 485 updates and questions
Hello guys,

I was married few years ago and applied for a GC based on marriage. The case was denied because according to them we didn't have enough evidence. I got divorced 2 years after. I remarried 3 years after my divorce and reapplied for a GC based on marriage again. I went to the interview few months ago with my wife and everything went well. The officer told us that at his level everything is okay, he'll approve our case but I still have to explain why my first marriage was not a bona fide marriage. So I finally got their decision, they gave us few days to get back to them so they can consider if I can be approved or not. Does anyone here had/have a similar situation? What kind of proofs do I need to submit since my first marriage was very longtime ago? My lawyer is working on it but please share your ideas. Thanks
