My EAD is expired , I have a 485 Marriage base pending for over a year in new york, no interview notice yet I applied for renewal EAD two months ago dont receive it yet. my category is C09. my question is do I have to leave job or I am available to keep working. my job doesnt know what to do?

Where to send EAD card renewal application to?
My green card application is based on marriage to an American citizen. My i-765 was approved and EAD was issued by National Benefits Center. My i-485 and i-130 were received by National Benefits Center too, but later were transferred to Texas Service Center for balancing workload. In this case, should I mail my EAD card extension to National Benefits Center or Texas Service Center?

Sevis Reporting
Hey guys I have a concern that's been bothering me for some days now. It's about reporting employment to SEVIS. I got ead through marriage-based AOS and also through OPT. I have been using the ead I got through marriage-based AOS to work and volunteer but the job and volunteer position are not related to my field of study. I did not bother to report my employment since I hadn't used the OPT ead. However, I got a message from Sevis stating that reporting a non-qualifying volunteer opportunities is considered a violation of the reporting requirements and will subject me to removal. Also, being unemployed for up to 90 days after receiving OPT ead is subject to removal. What would ya'll advise I do? Should I just terminate the OPT ead since I do not use it? Your candid advice is appreciated.

Interview in jacksonville..
Hey guys..i have my interview on 26th june in jacksonville..quite nervous
My interview just come within 3 months ..I have joint bank account, two credit cards, life insurance, photoes ..
But i dont have lease for apartment because we were staying in her grandad house and we cant make lease for that will it make difference?? What else should i bring to interview??

No updates after interview. Almost 10 months
i hade marriage based green card interview on september 2017 philadelphia . we had really hard interview. now almost 10 months after the interview . no updates
i have a question, are they gona deny my case by taking this much time ?
i went to india on april and came back with advace parole . no issues.
i did renewal for EAD on february . it shows under normal processing time .
i called and talked to the level 2 officer, they saying my file working by officer.
are they gona deny or second interview ??
do i need to go for congress or any other things i can do to get green card ??

NTA after filing for I-485
Hi guys ,
I just got into an unfortunate situation of receiving an NTA (notice to appear) before an immigration judge , with date still to be determined, due to withdrawing my asylum case . This happened even though I have a pending AOS based on marriage and my lawyer had advised me that we should be fine as long as we withdraw the asylum case after we get receipt notices for my I-485 & I-130. I filed both concurrently and my PD for them is May 14th 2018. This nta just came shockingly unexpected because I thought we were on the safe side of having my AOS pending.
With all this being said, I have couple of questions:
1) What are the chances to terminate proceedings if you have a pending AOS?
2) Do they require your I-130 to be approved before they terminate the proceeds?
Please if anybody has been in a similar situation, or you know the steps . I would appreciate the advice.

Interview
Just had my interview in DC. IO was really nice and told us to be relaxed, we provided a lot of evidence such as pictures, bills, joint car ownership. Interview was over in about 20 minutes. Got approved on the spot. Just checked and status has been updated to card been produced. Good luck guys!!!

Ead expedite
Guys I have a pending Aos interview decision.. My ead card expires in a month, yesterday I called uscis to expedite my Ead..When I checked my case online it says As of June 7, 2018, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T——— is currently not assigned for processing.
Please guys what does this mean? I am confused any one out there have an idea pls share.
