NTA after filing for I-485
Hi guys ,
I just got into an unfortunate situation of receiving an NTA (notice to appear) before an immigration judge , with date still to be determined, due to withdrawing my asylum case . This happened even though I have a pending AOS based on marriage and my lawyer had advised me that we should be fine as long as we withdraw the asylum case after we get receipt notices for my I-485 & I-130. I filed both concurrently and my PD for them is May 14th 2018. This nta just came shockingly unexpected because I thought we were on the safe side of having my AOS pending.
With all this being said, I have couple of questions:
1) What are the chances to terminate proceedings if you have a pending AOS?
2) Do they require your I-130 to be approved before they terminate the proceeds?
Please if anybody has been in a similar situation, or you know the steps . I would appreciate the advice.

Interview
Just had my interview in DC. IO was really nice and told us to be relaxed, we provided a lot of evidence such as pictures, bills, joint car ownership. Interview was over in about 20 minutes. Got approved on the spot. Just checked and status has been updated to card been produced. Good luck guys!!!

Ead expedite
Guys I have a pending Aos interview decision.. My ead card expires in a month, yesterday I called uscis to expedite my Ead..When I checked my case online it says As of June 7, 2018, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T——— is currently not assigned for processing.
Please guys what does this mean? I am confused any one out there have an idea pls share.

Long wait
So this doesn’t have anything to do with my green card processing time
Being at home and can’t work because Uscis is taking forever I always try to help myself so recently I found out about this Dosh app all u have to do is refer someone and whenever they sign up and link a card you get 10$ and it’s actually legit!!!!no string attach my friend made a couple 100s from it if you’re interested below I will leave my link so you can download and make a couple dollars while waiting lol if y’all got respect just comment below or if y’all every used it before

Hi all, please I need your advice,
Background: I am Argentina with F1 student visa, I am applying AOS through marriage. My husband is a U.S. Citizen. We have been together for more than 3 yrs, and we got married on march of 2018.
Date line
05/09/2018 Combo documents (I-130, i131, I- 485,.. etc)
05/11/2018 USCIS Received documents
06/07/2018 Biometrics done
06/06/2018 Received "Courtesy letter" asking for I-693 (medical examination)
But they said that that they will send a letter later or that I should bring it for the interview.
My question:
Should I appoint my medical exam right now? or should I wait for their notice. Thank you,

AOS interview soon
When filling for I-485 i needed a joint sponsor because my spouse income wasn't enough. And that joint sponsor had to use a co joint sponsor because he's married and filled jointly with his wife. My question is, I have am interview soon AND need to submit a new Tax return from my joints sponsors who live in a different state. Do I still need a joint sponsor since I have started working and earning a living?

EB2 - NYC filers? / interview

Filed I-485 early December 2017 (New York City filing), EB2-ROW and my priority date derived from PERM submission is June 2017 (not sure if that's relevant to interview scheduling). EAD and AP received April 2018.
The case status changed to 'Ready to be scheduled for Interview' on April 15th 2018.
Does anyone have any indication how long New York City EB2 interviews are taking to be scheduled at this point?
