Interview date
Hi guys!
After 8 months of waiting is it really it is?
I received an email and it says in my status : INTERVIEW IS SCHEDULED then it mentioned
a date in Dec. is this the real interview day ?
Because I see others that they have to pass through “ready for interview”
And I didn’t had that only “case received”
If it is so then I’m so happy and nervous a bit

Interview
I had my interview two days ago in Seattle and it went really awesome. At end, the interviewer told me that he is leaning towards approving my case but he needs to review it before his decision. It has been 2 days now and my online case hasnt changed.Does anyone know why is that? Shouldnt it be changed?

My PD is 10/11/2016 and I am still waiting for the interview. Does anyone know what is going on in Houston? I thought they were taking 13 months but I guess not

I have a question on the priority date and how interviews are set up.
My brother has an approved I-130 from October 2016 and filed I-485 in October 2017.
The receipt NOA has the I-485 priority date as October 2016. Does that mean his application goes to the front of the line and he gets an interview sooner than others who filed before him based on his priority date of October 2016?

Hi guys,
I was scheduled for an interview for the 5th Dec 2017 i got the notice in mail last week then to my surprise i got another notice saying my interview has been cancelled due to " unforeseen reasons" Really confused. Please who has similar experience? what is the best step to take? Thanks
