Need some advice
Hi All
I have my marriage based AOS interview on April 19th. IO gave me an approval in hand.
However my I-485 status still showing "interview is schedule". I got another job offer in different city and I am planning to relocate at the mid of this month and I will not have a permanent address for few days,
What if USCIS send my card at the same time I moved out. Can I update my friend/relative address so that USCIS send my card there?
Did anyone else also faced the similar situation.

Employment based I485
Hi guys,
any body has experience with I485 employment base in nebraska office center?
i filed feb 15th and got the case number after a couple of weeks,
got my EAD and I131 after 25 days on march 10th before my bio .
my Bio was at march 28th and since then no news from I485.
i know its a lengthy frustrated process ,
anybody has experiance on nebraska center for employment base green card?

I am planning to apply for EAD renewal since I haven't heard anything from them after the interview.
my question is do I have to send a photo for the renewal?
I am sending the following:
*I-765 Application
*Copy of EAD
*Copy of the I-485 Pending notice of action
*Copy of the Approval notice of the initial EAD
Please help with your thoughts. Good luck all!

I see that Feb fillers started getting their EAD cards.
My PD is 25 Jan / Phoenix,AZ office/ MSC.
101 days passed, I did already 1 SR and still no update...
Is there any other out there with Phoenix filled office having the same issue?

What is the process to expadite Ead?
I called last week Wednesday and am still waiting for the instructions from them. Does anyone have any experience? Am i supposed to fax documents to them if so what is the fax number?
