I485 RFIE Recived 6/27/2020
Hi guys,

I130 PD 6/24/2019
I130 Approved 4/1/2020
I485, I131 & I765 Recieved 5/14/2020 PD 6/24/2019
RFIE Received 6/27/2020

I need some insight and some advice on the case scenario I am about to mention below. Marriage Based to LPR.

I received an RFIE today in regards to the I864. The RFIE is requesting most recent tax year documents for my husband who is the only sponsor. Initially we had only submitted 2018 tax info but just the tax return transcript. The letter is requesting petitioners most recent year tax documents and also states they could not determine if he makes above the
poverty level so to submit W2, 1099, six month pay stubs and letter from employer. Now, my husband started a new job in Feb so we only have about 5 months worth of pay stubs, will that work? We have a letter from his employer stating his start date , salary and hours worked a week. He makes well above the poverty level from incomes combined from job and his business, but just to be safe as you only get one go at this I am thinking of also adding a joint sponsor. Can I do that? On top of all my hubby's tax and financial documents as a just in case?

No case updates in the website
Hello everyone! Just wondering if you happen to receive letters or notifications from USCIS without any update on your case in the website? Mine still stuck in case was received. I had a rejected G-28 from my lawyer which we already sent again and approved (my lawyer already received a letter from them that’s how we now it’s accepted) but case still show G-28 was rejected and case received. I also received a Courtesy letter about my medical, also nothing on the website. Now waiting for next steps but nothing shows on my case, I’ve been having the same update since day 1. Has somebody received letter or notifications without any updates in the website case? Thank you!!!

Taking long time for approval
Hello everyone
Field San Jose
PD August 2019
Married to a USC
Same sex
Interview February 18th 2020
EAD received January 2020
I-130 approved for days after interview
Interview went well, about 10 minutes. My attorney was present. I haven’t heard anything back from them until yesterday, because I sent a request for my case taking too long.
They answer was: on June 23 your case was sent to an officer for review. You will get a mail once decision is taking on your case. Thank you for your patience, while we work on your case.

Has anyone get this kind of answer before?
Now, my interview was four months ago, why just now my case has been assigned to an officer?

At the end of my interview I was giving a white paper stating that I should wait 120 days to contact them with questions.

I693 must be filed within 60 days!!!
Hi guys
I have a question:
Filed i485 on October 2018 and the FO is San Francisco and got a letter 6 months after that From NBC in MO saying bring your i693 to the interview or send it when you receive RFE letter. The letter mentioned do not send at this point because it’ll cause delay.
So now my I693 will expire in 15 days if I don’t send it because USCIS has a rule that I693 must be filed within 60 days of the doctor’s signature and don’t have any appointments scheduled nor any RFE letter. What do you guys think I need to do?

Affidavit of Support, help!
Hi everyone!
I need a help, and good advice from you all.

Due to covid-19 my wife recently lost her job, and we are planning on to file Affidavit of support, but we don’t know how to do it exactly.
We have a pending marriage based 485 which is saying “case is ready for an interview “ , in this case, do we have to just file the form and bring it to the interview and give it to the officer or we must submit it right now? If so, then how and to where? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you so much in advance!
