Folks I realize that reopening for in person visit is a joke . No one has received interview notice. They just sent me an email saying case in line for interview. Nothing else. Why it takes so long to at least start sending notices???

Receipt notices for may applicants
Hi All!
Are there any applicants that have applied for AOS on or after may 23th?
If yes, does uscis cached your checks or did you get anything on mail?
I'm a B visa holder who is married to a permanent resident and i haven't received any notice yet and my check has not been cached.

RFE for Birth Certificate confusion
Filing with wife from India (west bengal), got RFE asking for birth certificate. Definitely included in application, scan of original (in English but had to be split into two pages). RFE says they need a birth certificate. Did they not like the one we sent, or did they misplace it? Letter isn't clear.
In normal times we could get a reissued birth certificate, but the issuing area is dealing with the recent cyclone on top of covid. It's likely impossible to get in time, not that USCIS cares.

Both I-130 and I-485 denied
married usa citizen 4 years ago and we summited our application for resident permit on june 12 2017 and we went to our first interview on Febuary 26th 2019 and we don't hear anything till October 26th 2019 and we went to second interview after some weeks we received another interview notice which is stoke interview on December 20th 2019 and I make 2 enquire after December 20th the next thing I received from immigration is for I-130 denied but they give me 30 days before the decision come to real otherwise I can appeal and I talk to my lawyer and he said I should go for appeal because my wife have depression since 10 years ago and she lost her memory at times,so that is why my lawyer said I should go for appeal but 3 days ago I received thier decision on I-485 also which was denied but my question is what is next thing to expect please my people put me through way

601 and 485 denied ( notice of decision )
The reason is that a few years ago I submitted fraudulent documents regarding Form I 140.
Unfortunately I chose the bad lawyer who offered me to do it. He said that he had done it before with other clients and everything went well so I trusted him.
It was my mistake to do it and now I have big problem because of this.
Can I guys help me and give an advice what to do now.
I’m married For 3 years (the same sex married) and We are happy couple and we have happy marriage But the old case still is behind us.

Wa-post opinion article about USCIS' bailout
I just read the wa-post article. While seeing a lot of people are getting NOID lately that could be because USCIS is running out of money and wants people to reapply so they can get the fees. Of course, this is my own speculation.

I 485 second RFE
I130 travel document and EAD was aprroved on march 26th. April 6th recived an RFE for medical. Medical RFe response was sent to USCiS and was acknowledged on May 5th. Now on june 11th they sent another RFiE notice which i am waiting for the mail. Is it common to recieive second RFIE ? Sepecially after EAD.

I am planning to change jobs, upon receiving my EAD, which would mean that me and my husband will be relocating form California (current home) to New Jersey (potential future home). Can anyone share how that will impact getting the interview? Will it further delay it, OR does it continue its place in the Que (I understand that the que may be longer at the NJ centre, just want to know if I will be pushed to the very back of the new que)?
Also, what all does one need to do when changing address? Do I and my husband (as the 130 petitioner) separately need to submit change of address or can I just do it for all the pending ones, with the receipt numbers for the 485 and the 130?
