Grren card forwarded in the mail
Hey guys i need some help, my card was sent to my old adress and was forwarded by Usps its been 3 weeks now, i haven't received it, the tracking hasnt changed since then, after several calls to Usps they don't know where is it at unless someone scans it, i called USCIS and they said it hasnt been returned to them. How long does forwarding take or does anyone have any recommendations(

No interview ready to be scheduled thingie yet till 05/18/2020
The issue is. According to financial aid.gov, you are eligible under non-citizen if you have a i-94 that says ‘paroled’ for a year and if you are in US with intention to become Permanent resident or USC.
Combo card is an advanced paroled document and should be enough to determine eligibility along with 485’s i797c But college says HECK NO, you need to go travel during covid19, risk your life and make a re-entry and get i-94 that says parolee.
So the Question is, has there anybody else got approved financial aid on pending aos?
And i live in texas, so is there a way to go airport and get inspected and get i94 without getting on a plane or travel down to mexico border at laredo, tx and just make a u turn and get reinspected. I’d love to go to cancun but there is a travel advisory that says non essential travel is not allowed between US mexico.
I need that financial aid since work is not good because of pandemic and college is still being greedy amid covid-19 and won’t let me register summer semester Without paying spring,20 tuition.

Hello Family so I got a tracking saying my EAD as being delivered in my mailbox but it’s not in there... Actually it’s supposed to be delivered on Monday but tracked it yesterday and says it’s been delivered which wasn’t in the mailbox.

Service request for administrative error
After 120 days of my interview (married to usc) I have called and spoke with tier 2 officer. At the beginning she said she can not view much on the cases usually, but after asking for detailed info from me (name, social, country of birth, etc.) she said I should have gotten response by now and she placed urgent request to the local office. She said it should take 5 business days max for response. When I checked my online case it said service request for administrative error was sent. In two days it got assigned to the officer and I am waiting what happens next. Has anybody had same situation? Thank you

Non-availability of Birth certificate letter from India

This is a follow up questions regarding my birth certificate not having my name. I have gotten an RFIE for USCIS asking for a birth certificate with my name.

1 years and 4 mouth after second interview
April 2016 married to a green card older,after 6 mouth approval letter.i wait for a priority date ,june 2018 i filed form I 485,October 2018 interview scheduled for November,December letter for second interview,January we did the second interview.After many calls and request ,they told me my case is out of processing time and they give 90 days.90 days already pass,no letter nothing from them.thank you
