Have someone in here ever experienced this, US Spouse filling for food stamps as a single mother and never mentioned that she was married,
Also receiving benefits based on her low income. However, the pandemic made her lose her job, she went back to the office to refile but was told that an investigation has to be done bc they found out her husband was a household member.
Will it affect the interview or not?

I130 approved
Hi i overstay my visa for 8 years. I just got i130 approval from my mom. Could i file i485? Or do I need to file i601a as well? Do anyone can help me/ have same experince? Thank you .

I Hope you guys all safe during this pandemic. My I130 was approved today after 30days from my interview. However, the I485 status is still " Interview was scheduled". Is this a sign I am gonna get a GC soon because in some cases, they don't update the I485 status.
I believe USCIS is working on pending cases since they temporarily close in-person services (They have more time to review pending cases).

Submit REF on site -NYC
Hi,
I received letter from uscis to submit additional documentation on site this Friday. I havent received anything but just wondering if this is cancelled as all offices are closed in NYC now.

Today I got my Green Card and saw exp. 3/16/30.
So, this is my first GC and I'm confused cause why is it for 10 years? It's supposed to be for 2 years

New medical needed?
Hello,
I submitted all my paperwork 25 July 2019- along with my medical which was done 20 July 2019. For my interview in May- will I need a new updated medical or will the one I sent with my application still be valid? If not.. what’s the point of having it on the check list.. any info much appreciated.

On March 13 I got an RFE for Affadavit Of support for a joint sponsor
The person I’m using provided me with his 2018 tax return because he hasn’t filed for his 2019 returns
Can I used his 2018 return or it has to be 2019 ?
