San Jose 2020 Marriage based I-485
I had my marriage(USC) based interview first week of Feb 2020.

Interview went smooth but status hasn't changed since then. Status still says "Interview was scheduled".

A few others from the same location got their GC cards produced the following day or were told they were recommended for approval. Any one else from San Jose receive any updates after interview?

Thinking of traveling with my combo card in a few months.

Dallas Filers
Dallas filers,

Do you see any movement in interview schedule? My I 485 status is struck in “ case is ready to be scheduled for interview” since a month now.

It will be great if somebody can provide which Pd cases are being interviewed at this moment. Mine is oct 1st.

Thanks.

Biometrics
Hi Everyone, Avid reader - first time writing

ATL Filer - AOS married to USC

Quick overview of my progress so far (Filed I765, I130 and i485)

PD: 12/16/19
Bio: 01/15/20
Bio Update: 01/30/20 (Fingerprints applied to case for I485)

My question is: Is it normal for the fingerprints to be applied to the I485 only and not the I765? I did put both receipt numbers on the form so I'm a bit worried but I'm not quite sure if I should be.

Priority Date
How long does it take for uscis to give you a priority date/notice of acceptance after receiving your applications. My application shows “delivered” on usps website since Monday and I haven’t heard from them..

Passport style pictures
Can someone, please, tell me how many passport style pictures are required to mail with the forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864? How many for a beneficiary and petitioner. One lawyer told me, that it is required 6 pictures for the beneficiary and 2 for the petitioner, another one - only 2 for the beneficiary.

After I-485 Interview Dallas Office
Hi All,

We had a very straightforward marriage based AOS interview on 1/7/2020. My hubby was asked questions on the I-130, then I was asked to verify info on the I-485, he asked for supporting documents and said we should have a response in 180 days. Status now shows "Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed". It's been 5 weeks.

Anyone else with a similar experience? I'm a worrier and I'm so wanting this to be over.
