Hi we filed our application for change of status on April 17 2019, One month after received Biometrics schedule. Then I received my EAD in Sept 2019. I checked the USCIS status online said that ''Interview is scheduled'. then 2 Months after exactly today Nov 21 2019 it was changed to ''New card is being produced''. I am now confused more than ever as I am still expecting/waiting for the Interview letter for Instructions.

Ready to schedule for interview: 11-21-2019
No updates on EAD case, after checking like 3 times a day every day since we filed I-485 status changed to this today. I cried a little not gonna lie. I’ve seen that people wait for the actual interview date for months after ready to schedule for interview. .
How long have you guys waited for the actual interview notice date after this status?

I think I’m going to have to renew my EAD since I feel like it’s going to expire before I get my GC.
How far in advance should I submit my application for renewal? Will it take 6mon to get my new EAD like last time ? Or will it be faster ?
