Can I use my A number while EAD is processing
Hi Guys,
I have already applied for form I-485 and Work Authorization / Advanced Parol / Change of Status because my wife is a US Citizen, im currently on H1B
I have this very good job offer, my EAD is still processing (Done my Bio on Aug 25th) and my local office is NYC
Can I use my A number or form i797C (on form i9) for the new job or I MUST wait for the EAD?
Anyone in NYC office? how long did it take to get your EAD from the date of doing your Bio ?
