**** :'( HELPPPPPP!!!!!! EAD/AP Renewal!!! :'( ****
So apparently - my application reached USCIS 2 days before the 180 days from my current EAD expiration - it reached on 5/28 and my current expires on 11/26/2020. The rejection due to improper filing decision was made on June 11th but I never received a case number or a text notification or an I-797 etc. Fast forward today - I called a tier 2 agent - after 7 hours of wait - I got a call back (Made sense cause they are backed up and I understand that) - the tier 2 agent told me that I shouldn't wait for the rejection I-797 C and just file a new application for renewal to not waste any time as they won't be able to provide me tracking for the packet.

I am upset that I didnt catch the fact that I was 2 days over 180 days to be able to file for renewal and because of that I had to wait so long.

But - can anyone help me with this question:

As I dont have my rejection I-797 for this renewal application I don't know what the reason could be but I have copies of my application submission so I know I had the application signed, dated with all correct information and I also added the 'code' page from my original EAD for expedited processing - I think the fact that they recieved my application 2 days before the 180 days of expiration - it may have gotten rejected because of that - but again I don't know for sure.
The tier 2 agent said I don't have to attach a copy of the rejection I-797 to this application so I should just file but she (ofcours) can't say a 100% that filing early might have been a reason of rejection. Based on all of this - should I go ahead to just file another application or should I give a couple of more tries to file it?/Do I need to add a copy of the rejection I-797? Has anyone been in this position ever?

My underlying application is an AOS pending. No RFEs etc.
