I-485 Taking Processing
Hi,
I am currently an F1 student and applied my I-485, I-765, I-131 together at Chicago field office under F2B category (unmarried son of US permanent resident). Online status shows application is currently at National Benefit Center, Lee Summit, MO.
Here are the dates:
Application received: October 31, 2018.
Fingerprints given: November 21, 2018.
Fingerprint reviewed: November 27, 2018. (FYI: This info in only available when you create USCIS account)
After that, no communications/updates so far. Not sure who will process by I-485 case. Local USCIS field office or NBC? Case has not been transferred to local USCIS office yet. Average processing time at Chicago is 11-32 months currently.
Does anyone have any ideas about processing time in big city’s USCIS office processing times like NY, LA, Chicago, Houston, Dallas etc?
