Hey guys
I did my interview in January ,
I got an rfe for i864 which I responded a week ago .
I’m 4 weeks away from getting the 10 years green card as my marriage will be 2 years old in July
Do you think Uscis will wait to approve me with the 10 years since it’s just a month away . Or will they just give me the 2 years conditional GC before my anniversary .
Does anyone experienced this before
